When you request your full analysis, we collect the business and contact information you enter into the lead form: your first name, work email, clinic name and role, and optionally your clinic website and WhatsApp number.

We also collect the business context you provide: your monthly new-patient enquiry volume, the number of patient coordinators / sales consultants, whether you know your consultation-to-booking conversion rate, and — if you choose to share it — an approximate conversion-rate range.

We store your answers to the 20 assessment questions. These responses are used to calculate your Selling Smiles Clinic Conversion Score™ and to generate your five-dimension diagnostic and recommendations.

We use the information you submit to produce your diagnostic results and to follow up with you about relevant Selling Smiles Intelligence services, such as a complimentary Clinic Conversion Review. We do not sell your information.

This assessment is about your clinic's processes only. Please do not submit patient-identifiable or medical information through any field in this assessment.
